According to E! News, T.J. Jackson has been advised by estate lawyers on who should and should not be allowed into their home. T.J.'s lawyer Charles Shultzsaid that a letter was given to security and "that letter was in compliance with Judge [Mitchell] Beckloff's order and is not arbitrary. As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012, or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date."
Reports say it was Janet, Jermaine, Randy that arrived to Katherine's home and forcefully tried to remove MJ's kids Prince, Paris and Blanket from the home. Sources say that money motivated Janet, Jermaine and Randy and Rebbie to remove Katherine from her grandkids in an attempt to modify custody and circumvent Michael's will.
Since MJ's death, Katherine has been receiving a monthly allowance of $86,000. As of now, the money is going to TJ Jackson.
DIANA ROSS SIGNS OFF ON MJ'S KIDS NEW CUSTODY AGREEMENT
In related news, RadarOnline.com has reported that Diana Ross will sign off on a new proposed custody agreement where the kids will have both Katherine and TJ. A source said, "Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them."
