CBS seems to have lost its battle to block the premiere of ABC's new reality show The Glass House, which they claim is a ripoff of Big Brother. CBS filed a motion, hoping that the courts would prevent The Glass House from making its debut tonight, but a judge said he was "not likely" to issue a preliminary ruling siding with ABC. He said that he didn't think CBS's copyright claim was strong and doesn't believe "the broadcast will dull the appetite for viewers of Big Brother," explaining -- "The proliferation of reality shows and audiences' fascination with these shows is well understood, even for those of us who don't understand it."

Lindsay Lohan just can't avoid drama. Just a week after making headlines for a car crash, paramedics were called to the actress's hotel room on Friday when she failed to show up on the set of Liz & Dick. Her rep, Steve Honig, explained the confusion over Lindsay's condition, saying, "She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. (Friday) morning. She took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution. Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration."

Russell Brand berated Graham Norton on TV after the British host brought up his divorce from Katy Perry during their interview on Friday. Brand was livid that Norton discussed the personal issue while his mother was in the audience. After Norton broached the sensitive subject, Brand said, "My mom is here. She got upset when you dragged up my marriage. I saw her cry, Graham. That's the reality because it's real people, Graham, that's my real mom. I have come here to promote a film and you made my mom cry. I don't see you as that sort of person, Graham." Norton said he only brought up Perry because the singer was on his show the week prior -- and it would have been "weird" not to have mentioned the link.
